Balanced Recovery Center, LLC was established by nine healthcare professionals with extensive experience, driven by a shared vision of delivering accessible and effective substance abuse and mental health treatment. Their mission is to integrate the mind, body, and soul in every aspect of care. By developing an innovative, highly personalized treatment approach, they ensure that each individual’s unique needs are met—because treatment is never a one-size-fits-all solution.

Erin Belle-Isle

Executive Director

Erin is an experienced healthcare leader and clinician with a background in mental health, substance use treatment, occupational therapy, and program development. She earned her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Bay Path College and is a licensed Occupational Therapist and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Clinical Director

With over a decade of dedicated service in mental health, trauma advocacy, and community support, Kristy empowers individuals, families, and future human service professionals across Massachusetts and Connecticut.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Bay Path University and a Master of Social Work from Springfield College. more...
